Hi everyone, I’m Jamé Bolds and I’m the Lead Pastor here at Christian Life Church (CLC). My main responsibility at CLC is to hear God’s vision, create a strategy, and then teach it.

There are two related passions that drive my vision for CLC. The first is to build relationships and the second, to build wholistic Christians.

By relationships, I mean networking and hanging out with you. Most importantly, I want to come alongside you and help you discover your passion for life so you can make an impact for the Kingdom of God. By wholistic, I'm concerned that we are forming Christians that have a strong commitment to peace and social justice. In that we are addressing the spiritual, physical, social, emotional and economic needs of the entire human person.

Along with my responsibilities at CLC, I’m also the founder of Compassion New Jersey a non-profit that addresses the social and economic needs by strengthening the families of New Jersey. I also serve as an adjunct professor at two colleges, publish and speak on issues addressing political theology, compassion ministry (poverty), non-profit leadership and issues of marriage and family.

I went to school at Southeastern University for my B.A. (journalism and religion), Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary where I finished an M.A. Theology (social ethics) & M.A.R. (educational ministry) and now I'm studying community development at The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University.

But, all that is the stuff that I guess you need to know. My real life is being with Jennifer, my wife of ten years and my co-pastor here at CLC. We really love laughing and playing with our two small children who bring much love and laughter into our home.
